1. Introduction & Agreement Hierarchy
These Membership Terms & Conditions (“Membership Terms”) govern participation in any membership program (“Membership”) offered by Women in Planning (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing Membership, you agree to these Membership Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and general Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, including professionals, students, and partners across relevant industries such as finance, supply chain, technology, data, workforce planning, and related fields.
By registering, you confirm that:

You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

You will not impersonate any person or entity
We reserve the right to approve, decline, suspend, or revoke Membership at our sole discretion, subject to applicable law.
3. Membership Scope & Benefits
Membership benefits vary depending on tier and may include:

4. Fees, Billing & Payment
Membership fees are displayed at the time of purchase and may be charged on a monthly, annual, or other recurring basis.
By purchasing Membership, you authorise us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis where applicable.
All fees:

Are non-transferable

Are stated in the applicable currency

May exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We use third-party payment processors (including Stripe, Wix Payments, PayPal, or similar providers). We do not store full payment card details.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or loss of access to Membership services.
5. Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds
5.1 Renewal
Memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to renewal.
5.2 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
Cancellation means:

You will not be charged for the next billing cycle

You retain access until the end of the current billing period

No retroactive refunds are provided for unused time
We may update pricing with reasonable notice prior to renewal.
5.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase unless one or more of the following occurs:

You have accessed member-only digital content

You have attended a member-only event

You have downloaded exclusive resources
-
You have actively used Membership features (including community or networking tools)
Where any of the above applies, refunds may not be granted except where required by applicable law.
6. Platform Access & Availability
Membership is delivered via our website and mobile application, hosted on third-party infrastructure providers (including Wix).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and are not liable for:

Temporary downtime

Technical interruptions

Data loss caused by third-party service providers

Maintenance-related service disruptions
Access may be restricted where necessary for operational, security, or compliance reasons.
7. Community Conduct & Acceptable Use
Members must comply with our Community Guidelines at all times.
You agree not to engage in:

Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour

Hate speech or intimidation

Spam, unsolicited promotions, or mass messaging

Misrepresentation of identity or affiliation
-
Disruptive conduct in events or community spaces

Unauthorised advertising or solicitation
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Membership access for violations of these standards without refund where permitted by law.
8. Messaging, Networking & Member Directory Use
Membership may include access to messaging tools, forums, and a member directory.
You agree that:

Directory access is provided solely for legitimate networking purposes

Member information may not be scraped, harvested, exported, or stored externally

You will not use member data for commercial solicitation without consent

You will not send unsolicited or repeated messages

You will respect opt-out or non-response signals from other members
We may monitor and moderate communications where necessary to protect members and ensure platform integrity.
9. Content, Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All Women in Planning content, including but not limited to videos, recordings, presentations, graphics, templates, workshops, and written materials, is owned by or licensed to Women in Planning.
Such content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly stated otherwise.
You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or sublicense content

Share member-only content outside the Membership

Record, capture, or redistribute sessions without authorisation

Remove branding, watermarks, or proprietary notices
Member Content License
By submitting or sharing content within Membership platforms (including posts, comments, images, testimonials, or event participation), you grant Women in Planning a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

Host, store, and display such content within the platform

Use content for operational, educational, archival, or community purposes
-
Use content for marketing or promotional purposes where permitted by law or consent
You retain ownership of your original content.
10. Events, Recording & Media Use
Membership may include access to virtual and in-person events.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

Events may be recorded (audio, video, photography, livestream)

Your image, voice, and contributions may be captured
-
Recordings may be used for member access, replay, archival, and promotional purposes
Where required by law, appropriate notice and/or consent will be obtained.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us prior to participation where reasonably possible. Complete exclusion may not always be feasible in group or public settings.
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Members agree to respect the confidentiality of:

Private discussions

Member-only materials

Business or professional information shared within the Community
You must not disclose, distribute, or misuse confidential information obtained through Membership participation.
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
12. Third-Party Services & Sponsors
We may collaborate with sponsors, partners, vendors, and third-party providers.
You acknowledge that:

Third-party services are independent of Women in Planning

We do not guarantee third-party products, services, or outcomes

We are not responsible for disputes between members and third parties
Any member data shared with sponsors will be limited to aggregated or anonymised insights unless otherwise explicitly stated and permitted by law.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate Membership access immediately if:

You breach these Membership Terms or related policies

You engage in harmful, fraudulent, or abusive behaviour

Payment failures occur repeatedly

Required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons
Termination may result in loss of access to:

Content libraries

Community spaces
-
Events and registrations

Messaging and directory features
Where appropriate, we may act without prior notice.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Membership is provided for educational, professional development, networking, and informational purposes only.
We do not provide:

Legal, financial, or investment advice

Career placement guarantees
-
Business or income guarantees
-
Certification or professional accreditation
All participation is at your own discretion and risk.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Women in Planning shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, opportunities, or business relationships

Data loss or technical interruptions

Actions of third-party providers or members
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for Membership during the applicable billing period.
16. Corporate, Scholarship & Affiliate Participation
We may offer:

Corporate or team memberships

Sponsored or scholarship memberships

Ambassador or affiliate programs
Each may be subject to additional terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or revoke participation where necessary.
Unauthorized sharing of corporate accounts or misuse of membership access is strictly prohibited.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Membership Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of Membership services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
