Payments made via our website become non-refundable starting 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. This policy ensures we can finalize arrangements and allocate resources effectively, including venue bookings, catering, speaker fees, and other essential preparations.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if:

The request is submitted more than 24 hours before the event start time.

The refund request is accompanied by a valid reason for cancellation.
Refunds will not be issued for:

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time.

Non-attendance without prior notification (“no-shows”).
3. Processing Refund Requests

The reason for your refund request.
Refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days of receipt.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Women In Planning
If Women In Planning cancels or reschedules an event for any reason, participants will be notified promptly via email. Participants may choose to:

Transfer their registration to the rescheduled event or a future event of equal value.
5. Transfer of Tickets
If you cannot attend an event but are within the non-refundable period (24 hours before the event), you may transfer your ticket to another person. To do so, contact us at [insert email address] with the following information:

6. Exceptions
