Refund Policy

At Women in Planning, we value the time and commitment our community members invest in being part of this network. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures clearly and consistently.

Memberships

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. During this time, you may request a full refund, provided no member-exclusive content or benefits have been accessed.

 

After 14 days, memberships are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal for the following billing cycle.

 

Event Tickets

Event tickets are fully refundable if canceled at least 7 days prior to the event. After this period, tickets are non-refundable. No-shows without prior notification are not eligible for a refund.

 

If you are within the non-refundable period but cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting us at info@womeninplanning.se with your ticket details and the full name and contact information of the new attendee.

 

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Women in Planning

If Women in Planning cancels or reschedules an event, registered participants will be notified promptly by email and may choose to receive a full refund or transfer their registration to the rescheduled or a future event of equal value.

 

How to Request a Refund

Email info@womeninplanning.se with your full name, the event or membership details, and your reason for cancellation. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. 

 

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Refunds may be subject to payment processing fees.

 

Exceptions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. While this policy is generally firm, we will review exceptional cases such as medical emergencies on an individual basis. Supporting documentation may be required. 

 

By completing a payment on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
