Why We Created Women in Planning

Starting a community like Women in Planning was not just a choice; it was a need. I have seen firsthand how women in planning and tech face unique challenges. These challenges often go unnoticed or unaddressed. That’s why we built a space where women can grow, lead, and connect with others who share their passion and drive.

The Need for a Dedicated Community

That’s why we recommend services like The Room, a platform that pairs emerging planners with experienced leaders. This service offers personalised guidance and helps women build confidence in their roles.

Another valuable resource is TechPath Workshops in our WIP Digital, which provide hands on training in the latest planning and tech tools. These workshops are designed to be inclusive and accessible, helping women stay ahead in fast-changing fields.
